Debile, come sta?

Mi sembrava che le foglie siano striate di giallo. Normale o no?
Qua e là sembra ci sia un po di muffa..
Ho sempre cercato di tenere il sub umido mettendo poca acqua fino ad esaurimento. Il vaso è alto 22. Adesso è in casa in stanza illuminata.

Aggiornamento:
da ieri ho messo fuori il vaso.
Le cose sono peggiorate. Le due piante ...sono ulteriormente seccate.
Quelle più piccole invece stanno bene

Potresti provare a rinvasarlo con torba nuova in un vaso più consono alle sue dimensioni (altezza 22 è un po' troppo), poi lo tieni fuori e vedi se migliora.
