Io mi ero informato per l'importazione in maniera abbastanza superficiale ma ero giunto alla conclusione che la giurisdizione in materia è regionale anche se arrivando via aereo a malpensa ritengo si applichi per tutti quella lombarda, la quale prevede obbligo di cites per tutte le piante in cites (ovviamente, anche le nepenthes) ma con un massimo consentito ai privati di 5 piante, per le quali non è richiesto il fitosanitario. Ora, anche aggirare lo scoglio delle 5 piante a pacco ha un costo considerevole visto che ci vogliono 45 € a spedizione e inoltre ci vuole un certificato cites per ogni spedizione..ergo una spesa assurda. L'unica sarebbe informarsi su come si possano importar le piante non da privato, ma su quelle ci paghi di tutto, dalla richiesta preventiva da inviare in regione ai cites al fitosanitario alle tasse perche la dichiari come merce che vendi (penso serva anche una partita iva)..insomma se le basi che ho posto si rivelano corrette (informati perche io non ho chiesto direttamente, ma mi son informato suo vari regolamenti) non ne val la pena.

Anche a me piacerebbe parecchio importar da xcplants, fa ibridi davvero belli, ma con la burocrazia che ci ritroviamo...
