luci da usare l'inverno quando non ce il sole, ma quali?

ciao raga,
ho paura che di inverno la mia sarracenia e la dionea possono morire per la mancanza di luce, a casa ho un faretto da 150 watt con luce bianca, vorrei sapere se va bene il faretto, oppure che tipo di luci potrei usare, a parte i neon?

Lo, non farti di quest problemi e datti una letta al wikiplants

dionea e sarracenia in inverno sono in riposo vegetativo, quindi impensabile pertarle in casa sotto a dei faretti: durante il "letargo" la quantità di luce che prenderanno nella solita posizione nella quale erano in estate andrà benissimo
